In a retail environment that has majority of its displays as wall cabinets, giving depth to the final image can be challenging.

To ensure that images do not end up looking like an exhibition hall, portable furniture and cabinets should be placed in strategic places in the space to create depth and visual interest in the photograph.

An image of a room with balanced use of wall and floor space will attract attention. It is important to ensure that furniture or props used are in line with the brand guidelines and should be approved by the visual merchandising manager beforehand.

On retail photography shoots, we always have both an architectural/design photographer and a brand and retail specialist. These complimentary skills enable us to create impactful PR pictures with a strong composition using brand approved elements.
